Lecture title [Deep Active learning by badminton]
Using badminton as a teaching material, we face “self”, value “interaction with each other”, and aim to “maintain and improve mental health”.
The main keywords are PDCA cycle, co-creation of a learning environment and a place for growth, revitalization of communication, self-management, enhancement of games, etc.
We will develop classes on approaches to change and growth of individuals and groups, incorporating facilitation techniques and psychological knowledge.
1) Understanding and practicing the basic framework of badminton... learning manners, rules, skills, tactics/strategies, etc.
2) Understanding and practicing the PDCA cycle... Task setting - trial and error, originality and ingenuity - analysis/evaluation - improvement/growth
3) Co-creation of a learning environment and a place where you can grow... the foundation of a mutual relationship and feedback system

4) Self-management, enhancement of the game... experience how to enjoy by improving skills and levels

Studetns will able to :
1) Acquire knowledge and practice necessary for physical and mental health, and care his/her health by themselves.
2) Acquire basic skills and exhibit them during game as to enjoy the sports event.
3) Have an understanding the usefullness of the sports event to use the sports event for life-long sports.

Class 3 | Extend your range (1) | How to create space, depth of hitting point, receiving response, footwork, feedback method. |
Class 4 | Extend your range (2) | Racket head speed up, hit point adjustment, footwork. |
Class 5 | How to deceive your opponent ? | Composite shot, basic skills: BS, RBI control, singles basics-1. |
Class 6 | Independence in the practice menu ! | Composite shots, practice by theme: sharing problem awareness and cooperation, basics of singles-2. |
Class 7 | What is the basic division of roles ? | Exchange Practice, Basics of Doubles 1: Overview of Rules, Scope of Responsibility and Basic Movements. |

Students will be assessed by the commitment sore, the practice score, the understanding (comprehension) score, and the task (homework) score.
No prerequisites (enrollment in the related courses is desirable)
