This lecture explains the significance of learning technology and innovation management and how it is practiced in the real world. Guest lecturers will be invited from industry, government and international organizations, think tanks and non-profit organizations, and universities and public research institutions, mostly graduates of our Professional Degree Programme and Innovation Science Course (doctoral course). This lecture will also provide opportunities for problem-solving exercises through logical thinking and group work based on actual cases and issues.
This lecture aims to provide the attendants with an understanding of the decision-making process and its consequences in real business situations based on a variety of cases. This also develops the basic skills needed in their decision-making situations.

The staff lecturer gives basic skills at the beginning of the course. Case studies will be conducted based on the lectures given by external lecturers at each session. Finally, group discussion and presentations will be held as the quarter-end examination.
