【Exercise Training in Indoor and/or Outdoor】This course facilitates students' ability of sports-related basic skills, in order to actively participate in sports and to understand a role of sports activity for development of wellness and enjoy sports in safe.
Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
(4) learning sports manners and rules

Students will be assessed by the commitment sore, the practice score, the understanding (comprehension) score, and the task (homework) score.
