The main goal of this course is to send students to universities abroad so that they can improve their foreign language skills, especially the practical communication skills necessary for global scientists and engineers. In order to enhance students' learning, we will provide them with preparation sessions before they go abroad, and have them submit a report after they return to Tokyo Tech.
This course will give students a chance to try to improve their foreign language skills overseas, which they have learned within Japan.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
・Make presentations in a foreign language on topics of their own choosing.
・Communicate effectively in a foreign language.
・Understand cultures other than their own and introduce their own cultures to others.
