Course description and aims

The aim of this seminar is to help students acquire an understanding of the basic concepts of Psychology. The main goal of this seminar is an acquaint you with having a more in-depth understanding of "mind" through reading literatures and attending conferences.

Students will acquire the fundamentals of psychological-scientific thinking methods through reading literatures, presentations, discussions and attending conferences.

Class flow

We will have a seminar every other Wednesday's afternoon. Students will read several literatures, make presentations and attend the seminar or conference in the field of psychology.

Out-of-Class Study Time (Preparation and Review)

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.
