As a Liberal Arts class, this class aim to cultivate the humanity, social consciousness, and big vision to contribute today's world. In this participatory course, students learn the basis of the holistic human resources such as SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals), facilitating dialogue, mindfulness, and how to explain the major theme to others clearly.
The purpose of this course is for students to have both broad human and social values, and to cultivate the ambition to contribute to the coming era.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) understand the basic sense for modern society, such as SDGs and the creative dialogue.
2) learn the basic skill of facilitating dialogue and presentation.
3) practice mindfulness to be aware of the self and this moment.

I have a experience of 30 years' business background, 25 years' practice as a facilitator, and 40 years practice of Yoga and meditation. I aim to empower students to have holistic human energy. I encourage students to know what is happening in this world, enjoy collaboration and co-creation, and care self and others. Because of Covid-19, face to face communication has become difficult. This is a new challenge for the on-line interactive communication. |

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
