Course description and aims

The purpose of the course is learn why disputes occurs and how we solve them, focusing on "Civil Procedure Law".
Students need to learn laws necessary for legal negotiations at the international business in English.
In this course students will study about laws of Civil Dispute Resolution. Laws students learn are Basics of Civil Procedure Law, Civil execution Law and ADR, Bankruptcy Law.

Based on the understanding of Law A course, Study about Civil dispute resolution through theoretical analyses and case studies.
