This course is to facilitate students’ understanding and ability of leadership. These will be built on fundamental abilities to read, write and listen, gained from 100-300 courses mainly provided by ILA.
Desirable leadership can be unstable, infinitive and suddenly change with the times and places. This course, then, deals with necessary fundamental and effective skills for leadership which students may effectively use in their future carrier, including presentation, facilitation, reading and peer-reviewing.
Because of Covid-19, the classes are going to be held by zoom in the 2nd quarter. All the students have to pay attention and participate in the 1st day of classes.

At the beginning of every class, the learning activity and tasks are explained. Then, students are required to solve exercise problems and drills related to the lecture given that day.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.

Students will be assessed on their understanding and commitment for classes including short essay written at the end of each class (10ptsx5=50pts), essay for leadership (50pts), and the last essay for leadership. All the students must participate in the 5th and the7th class in principle for the presentations.
Students who are absent from the class three or more times are not given the credit. Ask instructor when a student is absent from the class due to attending a scientific meeting. Writing a short essay will be required to add some points to substitute the commitment points.
