The instructor wants to develop a learning community on the topic of "creating a space of participation, collaboration, and bliss", in pursuit of broad growth as a unique human being on this planet.
We read some classic books carefully together. And there are two things to learn through the experience. The first is holistic core skills. The instructor will cultivate students' mindfulness to regulate their body, breathing, and mind to concentrate on the here and now.The other is the technique for creating a participation space that facilitates workshops and constructive dialogue. Students draw on each of their thoughts and knowledge to learn the skills and spirit of facilitators, evolving on the interactive path to great learning and creations.
Students will learn the basic techniques of mindfulness for regulating their own body, breathing, and mind, such that they can live not in the past or future, but in the here and now, subjectively.
Students will learn to facilitate the creation of a constructive space in which straight-forward, enjoyable conversations can be had, which are pleasant to both parties.
Body, Mind, Spirit. Mindfulness. Spirituality. Following one's bliss. Social Innovation.
