It's invited with the policy persons as a guest lecturer, inquiry to that and generalization of discussion about necessary methodology and the quality, etc. to become the person able to have to advance policy process related to the innovation which has a big influence on industry from the angle of MOT more scientifically for the object and have an influence on an excellent policy in MOT.
This is having for its object to advance a process in policy making planning and execution scientifically.
