[Summary of the course] This course will focus on chemical process and material process on supercritical fluids based on behavior of the transport phenomena, reaction and phase equilibrium.
[Aim of the course] This course aims to teach students behaviors of the transport phenomena, reaction and phase equilibrium in specific environment, such as plasma and supercritical fluids and achieve to design the chemical process and material process.
[Target] Target of this course is to understand behaviors of the transport phenomena, reaction and phase equilibrium in supercritical fluids and learn the guiding principles to design the chemical process and material process.

This course will hold two classes a week divided as follows: [1] Plasma process and [2] Supercritical fluid process.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.

Materials provided in the class will be used.
Score evaluation will be conducted by confirming the level of understanding supercritical fluid process (80%)and exercises (20%)
