In “Energy innovation co‐creative project” for master course students and “Practical research in energy science A” for doctor course students, students can learn professional and fundamental knowledge and communication ability to promote energy innovation. In this course, students participate in the project as a mentor, encourage discussions among various students in different research field, share superior and inferior points in the presentation, and acquire widely view and insight together with the presenters.
Through the course work, students are expected to acquire the following abilities to:
1) Use expertise as basic knowledge for understanding contents of other fields related to energy, and also be able to examine and make suggestions according to their understanding of research.
2) Promote significant discussions among participants.
3) Understand objectives and trends of research in the energy field.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend a certain length of time outside of class on preparation and review (including for assignments), as specified by the Tokyo Institute of Technology Rules on Undergraduate Learning (東京工業大学学修規程) and the Tokyo Institute of Technology Rules on Graduate Learning (東京工業大学大学院学修規程), for each class.
