This course facilitates students' understanding of researches in economics by literature reading and discussions.
Students will understand the current topics in economics, obtain knowledge on the topics, and utilize the knowledge for their own researches.
Through presentation sessions on recent articles in academic journals, students will be able to:
(1) share the latest issues in economics.
(2) share recent knowledge in cutting-edge researches in economics.
(3) discover novel viewpoints through discussions and bring them back to their own research problems.
(4) improve presentation skills based on own experiences, feedback from others, as well as observation of others.
