This course is provided by the instructors from Tokyo Tech and Tsinghua University to the students enrolled in the Tokyo Tech-Tsinghua University joint graduate program at Tsinghua University. This course deals with the disciplines of the fields related to public management and issues in public management.
This course aims to give theories and applications of public management based on practical cases in China and Japan.
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
1) Explain the disciplines of the fields related to public management;
2) Discuss issues in public management; and
3) Explain theories and applications of public management based on practical cases in China and Japan.
