Through these activities, students also learn ethics in scientific research.
This course plays a central role in the curricula of the department together with seminars. Students should actively learn these courses.

Student learning outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to
1) acquire practical experimental techniques in life bioengineering
2) understand the principles underlying those techniques
3) record materials, methods and results in laboratory notebooks in a proper manner
4) make short- and mid-term experiment plans to pursue the long-term project
