International academic exchange is important in the field of Earth and planetary sciences. Graduates of Dept. of Earth and Planetary Sciences are expected to communicate their research results to the world as researchers and work worldwide as engineers. For these purposes, it is indispensable to develop communication skills in English. In this course, students will make and carry out a plan for the development of their English skills by themselves.
Students will be asked to propose their learning goals by themselves.

Based on your learning proposal and activity report. The instructor will evaluate if your proposal clearly defines your learning goals and if your report clearly describes your self-evaluation of the learning activities.
