This course will introduce the leadership and strategy for energy specialists. It will provide the general definitions of leadership, goals and strategies, and guide the ways to embody the concepts for energy specialists. Students will study and train these through analyzing leadership elements, setting goals and strategies to achieve them. This course will also review the perspectives of energy technologies and will give examples on how to make balances in the midst of technological hype cycles.
