Course description and aims
In this class, bureaucrats such as counsellors in several ministries of Japanese government give lectures on the policy and its making process in the fields such as energy, electric power, diplomacy and education. Students learn an important process to set up an executable effective measures and policies.
Student learning outcomes
Learn the descision process of policy in Japanese Government and also process of setting the target and solving.
