In this course, students will practice the abilities they learned in "Fundamental Group Work for Leadership” (TAL.W501), “Fundamental Group Work for Leadership I” (TAL.W502), and “Fundamental Group Work for Leadership II” (TAL.W503) by pursuing long-term group projects such as idea generation and application development. The projects will be executed by following a methodology (e.g., Lean Launchpad) introduced in the lectures. In addition, students will describe their career plan and get feedback from their peer and instructors to realize how they can exploit their abilities in their future career. In addition, students will develop the ability to act based on specific real-world assumptions.
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
(1) Propose the practical ideas with high probability for solving the social issues.
(2) Explicate the probability of judgement and suggestion logically , and proceed consensus and keeping motivation among team.
(3) Understanding core and truth of feedbacks from society and reflect them into your judgement and suggestion.
(4) Presenting your emotion to your judgement and suggestion effectively and having support from others.

The process of this course consists of students' group work for problem setting, presentation of the concept of solutions, and improvement of the ideas by the feedback from the society. The theme of the workshop/discussion depends on the students' intentions and the social situation at the time.

Class 1 | By the group work over seven weeks, students are required to propose a solution to address social issues and to improve it by getting feedback from experts. In this class, the course instructors will provide a framework for the group work process; for example, Lean Launchpad and Programming Boot Camp. The presentation session will be held in the eighth week. | Assignments will be announced in each class. Students may be required to have out of the class meeting go accomplish the project. For each session, a student will be assigned to write the report. |

Students will be assessed on the achievement of the learning outcomes such as proposing the practical ideas for solving the social issues, consensus building in the group, dealing with the feedback from the society and so on, as well as on the rationality of discussion and contribution to collaboration work.
Registered students of ToTAL should have successfully completed either one of the Fundamental Group Work for Leadership (TAL.W501) or Fundamental Group Work for Leadership I (TAL.W502) before taking this course. There are no restrictions for all students besides the above.
