In this course, students will practice the abilities they learned in TAL.W501 "Fundamental Group Work for Leadership”,
TAL.W502 “Fundamental Group Work for Leadership I”, and TAL.W503 “Fundamental Group Work for Leadership II” by pursuing long-term group projects such as idea generation and application development. The projects will be executed by following a methodology (e.g., Lean Launchpad by Steve Blank) introduced in the lectures.
In addition, students will describe their career plans and get feedback from their peers and instructors to realize how they can exploit their abilities in their future careers.
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
(1) Propose the practical ideas for solving the social issues by utilizing the skills and knowledge of the major field.
(2) Explicate the ideas properly, and build consensus in the group by respecting the opinion of others.
(3) Improve the proposing idea appropriately based on feedback from the society.
(4) Accomplish the group work as the project.
