This lecture will provide the opportunity to learn about the basics of the organizational theory and practice.
The aim is consists of three points, firstly to learn the basics of organizational theory, secondly to learn how to investigate the organizational behavior, thirdly to experience the presentation of the original research.
This lecture will cover the basic topic as follows; the individuals, small groups and main function of the organization.
The target of this lecture is to make the students constructing the capability to understand the basics of the organizational theory and use the knowledge to their original research and presentation.

This lecture require the members of the class to prepare before the class using the reading assignment. The students make a presentation about both of the summary of the RA and original research. The practitioners will be invited as a guest lecturer.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
