Outline of lecture
On the basis of Electronic Circuits and Device for under graduate course, this course provides general considerations on mixed signal system and its integrated circuit technology which becomes the most important technology in current electronics.
Basic understandings on mixed signal systems, CMOS circuit design will be covered.
1. Mixed signal systems
2. High speed A/D and D/A converters
3. Sigma delta A/D and D/A converters
4. PLL and related systems
Purpose of lecture
On the basis of Electronic Circuits and Device for under graduate course, this course provides general consideration on mixed signal system and it's integrated circuit technology which becomes the most important technology in current electronics.
Basic understandings on mixed signal systems, CMOS circuit design, device technology, and LSI design will be covered.

Knowledge of fundamentals on analog circuit theory and silicon device for under graduate course are required.
Evaluation
Evaluation will be based on the end examination.
Comment from lecturer
Mixed signal systems and it's integrated circuits becomes the most important technology in current electronics. However, well organized lecture has not been made enough over the world.
This new course will give you an organized view of technology and basis of advanced mixed signal LSI design.
