Course description and aims

Descriptive geometry is the science of method to project geometric form on to planes.
The aim of this course is to improve the comprehension of space through the understanding of basic space figures with an accurate drawing technique.
The topics of this course are Intersection of solid, Tagent plane, Shade & shadow, Axonometric projection, Oblique projection, Perspective.
This course follows to "Descriptive Geometry for Space Design1" in 1st and 2nd quarter.

Student learning outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) understand drawing technique and methods.
2) comprehend of space

This class is intended only for the students of Department of Architecture and Building Engineering either who retakes the class or a transfer student from other departments.
