Course description and aims

This course evaluates the entire stduy abroad program, including 8 working days abroad.
The evaluation will be conducted based on attendance and performance advance learning, training, reports, and final presentation.
It is aimed that through oversea experience, one can obtain skills mentioned in the goal below.

Students who has passed the intervnew will register this course.

Student learning outcomes

1) Actively participate in program to relate with student's own clear plan.
2) Participate in students exchange activities and discuss with people from different countries, languages, customs and cultures with diverse perspectives
3) To be able to explain general information about selected countries, such as their history and culture. Positively act to deepen the learning on selected countries to make references for his/her own study-abroad and career plan.

Class flow

Through short-term overseas training programs provided by the university or partner institutions, the student will participate activities for gaining oversea experience.
Upon return, the student is requested to submit the report (Japanese or English) and deliver final presentation(English).

Class 1 More than 26 days. -Orientation (1 day) -Presentation session of previous study abroad program (1 day) -Administrative procedure and document submission (1 day) -Risk Management orientation (1 day) -Pre-study session: Research and presentation about the country, pre-study and field work related with program topic (5 days) -Group work (5 days) -Actual study abroad (10 days) -Rehearsal (1 day) -Final presentation session (1 day) After study abroad, submit report, and deliver final presentation.
