This course is organized in partnership with the Georgia Institute of Technology. Students will actively participate in experiential learning activities related to self-evaluation, case studies, organization observation and analysis, site and innovation visits, and a final team project.
The goal of this course is to develop individual and team leadership skills within a multi-cultural learning environment.
1)To be able to build leadership skills through self-realization/evaluation related to strength, values and appropriate skills.
2)To be able to write reflectively on topics related to leadership, college experience and professional goals.
3)To be able to collaborate within the multicultural/multidisciplinary environment.
4)To be able to identify and solve challenges in a multicultural environment.
5)To be able to develop a vision for career development.

This course is composed of lectures and discussion about leadership/multiculturalism/value and ethics/problem-solving, etc, case study on group work, sharing of self-evaluation, and final team report presentation.
