Course description and aims

Methodologies on Management of Technology will be taught. This course is offered only in Japanese.

Students will learn about an effective way to manage research and development, strategic use of ICT, stakeholder management for organizations.

Student learning outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1. understand how to commercialize the target technology
2. understand critical issues for organizations and our society, and how to approach these issues
3. understand how to manage stakeholders for those issues

Class flow

Each lecture has a different theme, a report topic will be provided after each lecture. Students are asked to choose one topic and submit a report at the end of the quarter.
