【 Training 】
1) Introducing training that can be done even in a limited space using Zoom.
2) We aim to "maintain and improve mental health" by valuing "moving the body" and "mutual relationships between students" even when life is restricted.
Students will learn basic skills such that they are able to accurately demonstrate basic skills in games, and enjoy those sports.
The aim of this course is for students to experience one of the life-long sports and understand "body knowledge" that can be leveraged for maintaining and improving health, and contribute to vitalization of spaces.

In the first class, students will choose a sport (the number of participants is limited). The course offers the group ball sport, individual ball sport, and other sports, from which students must choose.
Attendance will be taken in each class.
The classes might be conducted by online due to the COVID-19.
