Course description and aims

This is online class.
Students will do resistance and aerobic training, and then gain a practical understanding of its usefulness for maintaining wellness.
Number or students who can attend this class is limited to 24.

Goals of this course are:
(1) understanding the significance and importance of sport activities,
(2) developing your exercise habits,
(3) understanding cultural background of sports
