This course (muscular training) facilitates students' ability of basic skills in movements of weight training and movements of daily life. The training includes sit-ups, back stretching, bench press, squat and arm curl in addition to several training events each student picks up. Beginners are welcome.
Students will be able to :
(1) acquire correct forms of muscular training.,
(2) regularly engage in exercise by him/herself, in order to maintain good condition,
(3) understand basics of muscular training.

Students pick up one or two sports event in the beginning of the course. The number of the class is limited.
Every class includes sports activity and sports wears and appropriate pair of shoes are needed.
Attendance is taken in every class.

Students will be assessed by the commitment score (40%), the skill score (20%), the understanding (comprehension) score of rules and safety instruction (20%), and the practice score (20%).
