Students will enjoy sports activities and gain a practical understanding of the usefulness for maintaining wellness.

Student learning outcomes

The goal of this course is for students to gain a practical understanding of how physical activity is useful for maintaining wellness. The aim is for students to form exercise habits, improve their exercise techniques and communication skills by participating in sports activities, and specifically learn about topics such as the following.
- How to run safe exercise and sports activities
- A comprehensive understanding of the cultural aspect, etiquette, and rules of sports
- Pursuing and discovering physical activities which can be enjoyed for a long time

Class flow

In the first class, students will choose a sport (the number of participants is limited). The course offers the group ball sport, individual ball sport, and other sports, from which students must choose.
Attendance will be taken in each class.
