Course description and aims

This course grants credit for study-abroad experience, which includes pre-study sessions, oversea experience of more than 8 days and less than two weeks, report submission, and a presentation session. Super-short-study abroad programs and the AOTULE summer program (Indonesia) are the programs included under this course. During study-abroad programs, students will visit universities (auditing classes, visiting labs), companies, and so forth.
This course is offered for third and fourth year undergraduate students.
Note: The credit will be used for the completion of the Global Scientists and Engineers Course.
The aim is that through oversea experience, students will obtain the skills mentioned in the goals below.

Obtain skills to take independent action including risk management based on one's field of expertise.

Class flow

In the FY 2016, super short study abroad programs will be held in India, UK, Sweden, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Germany/Austria, Philippines, France, and USA.
