As a training course of the Academic Leaders Program (ALP) primarily directed at D1 and D2 students, the students will learn best practices for teaching through attending a lecture by international professors and doing mock lectures by themselves. Moreover, a model English lecture will be offered to improve the students' ability of teaching in English.
This training course mainly targets D1 and D2 students who have a career plan to pursue an academic position like a professor in the near future.
The goal of this training course is that the students experience teaching best practices including mock lectures by themselves, and learn teaching skills through attending lectures by international professors.

This taining course consists of the following parts: The first one is to attend lectures on teaching skills, a model English lecture, and so on. The second one is a mock lecture by each student, the content of which is related to a basic science at a freshman level in a university.

International students can take this training course under a condition of having a Japanese-language ability at an N1 or N2 level in the Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT).
It is not possible to take the training course in duplicate.
