Course description and aims

Students learn research methodology for front-line researchers, budget acquisition work, paper writing method for transmitting the results to society, preparation of grant application, research ethics.
We mainly target D1 and D2 students、by this lecture course, it is possible to wear in advance researchers literacy required for students who are going to try to work in the academic field.

Student learning outcomes

To acquire a paper writing capability for transmitting academic achievements to society. In addition, to acquire literacy in research project planning and management in order to deepen a new academic field, as well as to the budget acquisition.

Class flow

Three times intensive course in 5-8 Period.
The number of people of this class and 「MLP Practice」are added and they are a maximum of 30 students. If needed, a selection process will take place.

Class 3 ・Grant application review exercises [Japanese offered]:(MAMETUKA HIROAKI,HASEGAWA TAIJI) ・Research Ethics [Japanese offered]:( UYEMATSU TOMOHIKO) ・Corrections and examination experience of the application form.2nd exercise submission. ・Ethics of scientists.
