Course description and aims

Japanese society has many problems to be solved. Especially, it is damaging that the most obvious problems are left untouched by the lack of leadership. The leadership means an act of problem solving together with other people and it is required by every organization.
This class focuses on the theories and practice of the leadership in order to improve the quality of vocational guidance in school.

Student learning outcomes

Students are required to achieve following objectives:
1. To obtain the basic knowledge of group activities and business administration.
2. To understand the importance of self-awareness and understanding others. To be able to lead people to a goal.
3. To be able to act in order to cultivate his/her leadership.
