The aim of this course is to learn key competencies in their workplaces when they work in Japan. Students are expected to gather information about Japanese companies and think about their own career path. This course also introduces some aspects of Japanese cultures and traditions through reading and discussion.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) gather information about Japanese companies;
2) consider working and developing own careers in Japan;
3) effectively express their motivations for the company they are applying to in Japanese.

Students are expected to read course materials in advance and come to class well prepared to share their ideas and knowledge. Discussion, presentation and writing assignment will be conducted in each lesson. Students are required to attend every class and to take the final exam.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.

Assessment will be conducted based on students' attendance, quiz, presentation, final interview, and assignment.
Only for international students who have completed Intermediate Japanese 6 or the equivalent level.
You must reserve your place in the class in advance using Japanese class online system (http://js.ila.titech.ac.jp/~web). You will not be allowed to attend the class without reservation.
