This course is for students who have already completed Basic-level Japanese.
The aim of this course is to promote students' listening/speaking skills to lower-intermediate level using familiar topics.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1. improve accuracy in listening;
2. acquire appropriate expressions of spoken Japanese used in real life;
3. learn how to provide an understandable explanation.
It is highly recommended that students set their own goals at the beginning of this course so as to realize their achievements after seven weeks.

Various practices such as listening exercises, role playing with other students will be conducted in class to help students acquire skills for making clear explanations on familiar subjects.
