Course description and aims

This class is for the students who have already completed the beginner's level. The four-skill excercises are carried out based on topics. The class will further present more intermediate level vocabulary and sentence patterns. The class focuses on cultivating practical skills of Japanese through task-oriented exercises.

Tasks in a small group and presentations are focused in the class.

Class 1 Students will participate in one of intermediate level Japanese classes which fits the students' language ability and acquire the higher level of Japanese skills and knowledge of Japanese culture through class activities. Acquiring the higher level of Japanese language skills and the profound knowledge of Japanese culture.

Out-of-Class Study Time (Preparation and Review)

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.
