Course description and aims

This class aims to acquire academic Japanese competence. Specifically, the students are requested to present the virtue of the book, movie, drama, manga, or animation to the audience using advanced communication skills.

Student learning outcomes

The following advanced skills can be acquired after this class: 1) the confidence through understanding books and video works in Japanese; 2) selective competence of choosing importance from a large amount of the data for the audience; 3) the strategies to overcome the lack of cultural knowledge.
