Course description and aims

This course aims to learn how to hold an interview, to give a presentation, and to write a report in Japanese. Students will be requested to have a discussion with several persons, to provide a presentation in class, and to submit a report at the end of the course.

Student learning outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to acquire the basic skills of 1)holding an interview 2)giving a presentation 3) writing a short report.

Class flow

After an explanation of how to hold an interview, students will discuss a theme in each group or pair. Then, students will interview someone on/out of campus, and give a presentation on it. Finally, you will write a report.
