This course will train basic Japanese language skills through composition and presentation continuing from Introduction to Japanese 1A. As for it, students are required to do research, analysis and make a presentation about Japanese society.
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
1. Learn written Japanese, become capable of writing longer sentences using quoted data.
2. Capable of communicating one's opinion understandably.

In this essay writing class, students will write a report after learning essay writing methods. In the presentation session, students will learn the way of preparing presentation slides and an effective way of presentation.
