This class aims to acquire academic Japanese competence. Specifically, the students are requested to present the virtue of the book (book review) to the audience using advanced communication skills.
The following advanced skills can be acquired after this class: 1) the confidence of having read through the whole book written by the native speaker of Japanese; 2) selective competence of choosing importance from a large amount of the data for the audience; 3) the strategies to overcome the lack of cultural knowledge.
