This Course is designsed primarily for the students who are interested in Germany. Students read various German texts on topics such as German culture, society, history, technology, literature etc. .
In this course students will be able to read the high-level German texts and they will be able to understand the German people and life and their mentality.
In the end of this course, students will be able to
1) read high-level German texts. 2) understand the German people and life and their mentality widely.

In every class students read and translate the text and then they solve exercise problems related to the text. The instructor explain the text and exercises.

All Texts are given in classes by the instructor.
A German-Japanese dictionary is necessary in every class.
The scores are based on exercises in classes (40%) and translations of texts from German into Japanese (60%) .
Students are required to have the elementary knowledge of German grammar and ability to read easy german sentences. IThe enrollment in the "German: Basic Course 1-4" and "Intermediate Course" is desirable.
