This year it will be a online by zoom. Let's explore the new way of participatory learning community by online in this era.
The instructor wants to develop a learning community on the topic of "creating a collaborative learning community, and following each one's bliss", in pursuit of broad growth as a unique human being on this planet.
We read some classic books carefully together. And there are two things to learn through the experience. The first is holistic care skills. The instructor will cultivate students' mindfulness to regulate their body, breathing, and mind to concentrate on the here and now.The other is the technique for creating a participation space that facilitates workshops and constructive dialogue.
Students will learn the skill and mind of facilitation, and the human nature and society through ages by reading books.
Students will learn the basic techniques of mindfulness for caring their own body, breathing, and mind, such that they can live not in the past or future, but in the here and now, with awareness.
Students will learn to facilitate the creation of a constructive space in which honest, enjoyable conversations can be had.

I worked for a big advertising company for 30 years. I studied Organizational Development and Transformation in Master course, and began to practice workshops and facilitation in the fields of business, administration, NPOs, and education. And I had a lot of journey over the world. I would like to integrate these experiences and aim to create a collaborative learning community. |
