Course description and aims

I will demonstrate the basic concept of the Constitution and explain it according to specific cases. Students learn about the Constitution while holding a concrete image.

Student learning outcomes

You acquire minimum constitutional knowledge in social life. You will be able to understand the news you watch on TV and what is written in the newspaper correctly.

Class 1 Constitution and Constitutionalism, popular sovereignty, pacifism to understand, what is constitution, what is law and basics of constitution
Class 2 Basic Human Rights and their limitation to understand human rights and their limitation.
Class 3 General basic rights and equation under the constitution Using some cases to gain understanding of the right to pursuit of happiness and the equality before the law.
Class 4 the right to spiritual freedom - inmost freedom - to understand freedom of thought and moral, freedom of religion, academic freedom
Class 5 the right to spiritual freedom - freedom of expression- discussing about freedom of expression, importance and contents of the freedom, using cases
Class 6 the right to economical freedom and other rights to understand human rights other than the spiritual freedom
Class 7 government - power division - to understand the government
Class 8 general discussion and test Summary and understanding the lecture contents
