Course description and aims
This course facilitate students' ability of face to face communication. Today, facing to a lot of issues, we need to collaborate and co-create. Not only becoming a good speaker and a good listener, but also learning the basic skills of facilitation to create a meaningful dialogue.
This course aims to cultivate live communication and facilitation ability through fun workshop experience.
Student learning outcomes
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
１）enjoy the creative dialogue even in the first meeting.
2）make a chance to get together and facilitate an playful and effective meeting.

Class flow
This course is not one way lecture style but participatory workshop style. In the first half, students experience various kind of communication such as self introduction, interview, dialogue, world cafe etc. In the second half, they learn how to facilitate a small group. In the end each participant facilitate a small group and return feedback each other.

Active participation of every classes including home works:75%, Facilitation practice and self and others' evaluation:15%, Final report:10%
Coming late and less concentration will not be accepted.
