Course description and aims
This course is designed for students to understand the outline of social trends, even without preliminary knowledge. The lecturers will explain broad pictures and recent trends of topics in each class, as shown below.

This course aims to develop ability of each student to be more successful in the real world with knowledge and views regarding domestic and international social trends.

Class1－Class7：Lecture、Class8：Review and Report. In 2017, classes are scheduled on April 12th, 19th,26th, May 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, and June 7th.

Other
No classes will be given on April 11 (Wed) because of the orientation sessions for incoming first-year students. Second year and above graduate students do not need to attend these orientation sessions. Date of the first class is April 18 (Wed).
