This course is to facilitate students’ understanding and ability of leadership. These will be built on fundamental abilities to read, write and listen, gained from 100-300 courses mainly provided by ILA.
Desirable leadership can be unstable, infinitive and suddenly change with the times and places. So this course deals with necessary fundamental and effective skills for leadership in the future, including face-to-face skills (presentation and facilitation) and non-face-to-face skills (reading, writing and editing).
At the end of this course, students will be able to;

Acquire fundamental abilities of face-to-face and non-face-to-face skills for development of leadership, through group works.

At the beginning of every class, the learning activity and tasks are explained. Then, students are required to solve exercise problems and drills related to the lecture given that day. The order of the course schedule is subject to be changed according to the class. Read the course schedule which is distributed at the first class.

Students will be assessed on their understanding and commitment of 1. proof read and write, 2 presentation on leadership, and 3. consensus building and group work.
