Course description and aims

Explain meanings of corporate finance and its task or problem. In order to increase corporate value, I will explain finance and finance related matters. For the improvement of corporate value, how to manage companies would be main target from the point of corporate finance.
I hope every student understands how interesting corporate finance is.

I have 2 levels. Basic and advanced. First half is basic and second half is advanced. Communication between students is required. Contents may change according to students’ needs.
