This lecture provides an overview of user research methods and workshops, for both quantitatively and qualitatively. This aims to grasp the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
The aims of this lecture are:
1. to grasp the characteristics of quantitative research,
2. to grasp the characteristics of qualitative research,
3. to grasp the overview of workshop for user research.
