This course focuses on intellectual property rights and standardization management lead to the success of new business and the enforcement of business competitiveness、especially strategy for international standardization and IPR strategy including standardization and trade secret within corporation.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Understand basic knowledge of standardization, the importance of standardization in business and the relation between standards and IPR.
2) Acquire ability to use IPR and standardization as a startegic tool in the innovation process.
